Spring is here on the island!

Yep, it’s been a CRAZY weather ride, but spring is finally here on Camano. Things are budding out and popping up all over. And new listings are hitting the market daily! Buyers have been hibernating, and they’re coming out ready to buy! The market is heating up.

If you think you’re ready to buy, make sure you’ve gotten a lender and get prequalified so you can pounce if the perfect fit for you comes along.
